Shipping Policy
Forevermore Bouquet Preservation is a drop off and pick up service. Shipping is not offered at this time. We are conveniently located near downtown Springfield. The specific address will be provided upon purchase.
Refund Policy
We will send you a proof of your framed bouquet before we frame it. Because we take every measure to ensure that you are satisfied with your product before completion, we do not offer refunds. In the rare event that you receive a defective or faulty product, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to maintain your customer satisfaction.
