Caffè Latte Chocolate Bar
We make our award-winning coffee chocolate bar by replacing cacao solids with whole coffee beans and swirling that with our white chocolate to make this beautiful bar. The coffee comes from Monte Castelo, a fantastic coffee farm and roastery in our home state of Espírito Santo, Brazil.
We are hands-on and directly responsible for every step of the chocolate-making process, from selecting ripe cocoa pods to making chocolate bars and other chocolate delights. We hope to change the way you think about chocolate.
