This Black Colored wool Fedora has an Egyptian scarab burned onto the back of the crown. the scarab is depicted holding a vintage brass and onyx sun. The Egyptian scarab sun depiction is a symbol of immortality, resurrection, transformation, and protection. A brass chain wraps the hat.
100% wool -Size L/ XL with an adjustable hat band, each hat comes with an adhesive hat pad to help fit it to your head if the hat is too big.
Each Hat is a one-of-a-kind piece of art made by Williamsburg, MA artist Rebecca Piermarini. Using mixed skills of painting, pyrography (wood burning tool), torching, Stitching, beading, floral arrangements, and sometimes even felting these hats are transformed into a wearable piece of art.
