Michelle Wirth, CEO
A successful marketing executive and entrepreneur Michelle Wirth has always been passionate about supporting local, independent businesses. As a busy mom, and small business owner, Michelle understands the challenges consumers face when balancing the need for convenience and the desire to make value-driven purchasing choices.
Michelle established Feel Good Shop Local to support independent merchants and empower conscientious consumers by offering a simple online solution for those who want to shop locally and/or to support small businesses.
Small business is the backbone of any thriving community. FGSL wants to create an elevated online experience, so shopping locally becomes the go-to solution when trying to find great products, easily.

Having started this project by featuring merchants and makers around her hometown of Leeds, MA, Michelle is ecstatic to see the FGSL initiative grow, with new sellers coming online monthly, including Hampden County, Hampshire County, Franklin County, Berkshire County, and Northern Connecticut.
