This beautiful Carved Water Buffalo Bone Pendant Necklace comes with a handmade copper wire wrapped pendant and an 18″ antique copper plated flat cable brass chain. The pendant is hand crafted with copper wire, Czech Glass Accent Beads, Copper Accent beads, a crystal accent bead, and a large oval shaped hand carved water buffalo bone cabochon. The crisp, exquisite carving includes the profile of a cat, flowers, and a butterfly. The copper has been antiqued to provide a strong frame for the carving and add depth to the wrap. The pendant measures approximately 2-3/4″ x 1-1/2″.
The water buffalo bone used for this carving was ethically harvested. No animals were harmed in the making of this piece. The bone for this carving comes from the Water Buffalo that sustain small Indonesian villages. The people there, respect and revere the water buffalo, and after harvesting the animals to feed their families, they use every part of the animal, including the bones for carvings, as a way to honor the animal’s life and their culture.
Metaphysical Properties
In many Asian cultures Water Buffalo Bone is believed to be a symbol of strength and power. Some also believe it to be a lucky charm and that it may bring good fortune and luck to its wearer.

If you have selected the shipping option your purchase from my shop will ship in 1 -3 days via USPS Priority mail. You will receive tracking information once I prepare your order for shipping, along with a notice of delivery when it arrives.
While I don’t offer store pick up as a regular practice, if this is a last minute gift please contact me and we’ll work out a pick up option.
