Poetic Basket Design offers 1-5 day shipping after initial processing time as well as local pick-up and delivery. If you've chosen our shipping option, you can expect to receive tracking information on your order when we prepare your order for shipping, along with a notice of delivery when it arrives. If you've chosen the local pickup or delivery option, we will notify you via email about the status of your order. You can expect to receive notice of when and where you can pick up your order or delivery date and time.
